Heiwa Shuzou Tsuru-Ume Yuzu Wakayama (720 ml)

Made with roughly equal parts sake and Wakayma yuzu, an aromatic citrus fruit that shows flavors of lemon, grapefruit, and orange, along with a fresh floral note. Heiwa owns its own Yuzu farms. Here, too, a balance of tart and zesty flavors, great acidity and a touch of sweetness. Try it in a French 75 or a daiquiri, with tonic, or on the rocks.  ABV: 7%.
